Founded in 2017, Spill the Beans Coffee + Bagel has grown from a single shop in the heart of the Gaslamp, to four thriving locations across San Diego. Our mission is simple: to be the high note of the day for everyone who walks through our doors. That mission can’t be achieved without a dope team full of passionate, friendly and positive individuals.
As we continue to expand and grow, we’re always looking for new people to join our team and work with us towards our shared mission. We understand that each person within our team contributes to the success of not just our business, but to the success of our team overall. Whether or not you have experience working in the coffee industry is less important to us. What we really look for is someone with exceptional people skills and a solid track record of working well on a team.
